Boneless Wing Recipe

  • 36 hamburger dill pickle chips
  • 1 box seasoned chicken breading
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • cooking spray I prefer olive oil spray

Dipping Stations

  • You will need to create 4 dipping stations (I use 4 bowls).
  • In your first bowl, simply pour the 1/2 cup of buttermilk into a bowl for easy dipping.
  • In your second bowl mix the flour with 1/2 tsp pepper and 1 tsp salt.
  • In your third bowl, mix the 3 eggs as well as you can. Mix in 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
  • Pour the seasoned chicken breading in the last bowl.

Making the pickle chips

  • Pour the pickle chips over a colander and allow to drain.
  • Using your hands or a utenstil (I like to use separate forks for each bowl), coat each pickle chip in butter milk, then flour, then eggs and finally bread crumbs.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°. Lay the chips out onto the baking sheets of the air fryer. Depending on the size of your model, you may have to make these in two batches (or cut the recipe in 1/2).
  • Spray the pickle chips with the cooking spray and place in the Air Fryer and cook for 8 minutes.
  • At the 8 minute mark, flip the chips so that the other side can brown evenly. I like to switch the racks position (top to bottom) to ensure even browning for both trays.
